My $372 Nightmare: Scratched Glasses & Customer Service Bots 🤖
I'm writing this as a warning to other potential customers about my awful online shopping experience. I’ve "been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received!" This whole frustrating situation is why I felt I had no choice but to keep calling until I could speak to a real person and demand a resolution.
Customer: Finally, a human! I've spent two days trying to reach someone. I paid $372 for glasses that arrived scratched, and your useless automated system keeps failing to send me the return label.
