A Masterclass in Frustration 😡: 19 Days and Still No Glasses!
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone who needs their glasses urgently. My old pair broke, so I thought paying for express shipping would solve my problem quickly. I was so wrong. This whole experience has been a masterclass in frustration. It's a "Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!". After waiting almost three weeks, I finally had to call and demand some answers.
Customer: My order is from March 30th. I paid for 3-5 day express shipping. It's day 19 and I still have nothing. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this significant delay. Let me look up your order number. I see the shipping fee was refunded, but I sincerely apologize that your glasses have not yet arrived.
Customer: That $10 refund is meaningless when I can't see properly! My old glasses are broken. Where are my new ones? I need a real update, not just an apology.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. It appears there was a production delay that cascaded. The package is now in transit, but I see it's still several days away. This is not the service we aim to provide. I can offer you a 30% refund on the total order for this terrible experience.
Customer: A 30% refund? Fine. But honestly, the damage is done. I've been telling everyone I know not to shop here. I've never had a company care so little.
