A 19-Day 'Express' Shipping Nightmare 😤: A Warning to All Four-Eyed Friends
I'm writing this review as a stark warning. My old glasses broke, leaving me in a bind, so I paid extra for express shipping, expecting a quick replacement. What I got was a masterclass in incompetence and disregard for customers. It was, without a doubt, a 'Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!' This entire ordeal forced me to get on the phone with them, hoping for answers.
Customer: My order is almost three weeks late, and I paid for 3-5 day shipping. What is going on?
CS Rep: I deeply apologize for the delay. Let me pull up your order. I see there was a production delay, but it looks like it has been shipped now.
Customer: A production delay? That’s the same thing I was told over a week ago! Your company took my money for express service you knew you couldn’t provide. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely, sir. The refund for the shipping fee was processed. As a further apology, I can offer you a 25% discount code for your next order with us.
Customer: A next order? You must be joking. I will never shop here again. Just tell me when I can expect the glasses I've already waited 19 days for.
CS Rep: I am truly sorry for your experience. According to the tracking, it should arrive within the next 4-6 business days.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
