Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. It has truly tested my patience and faith in online retailers. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I wanted my money back immediately. This whole situation made me feel compelled to leave a review and engage in a conversation with customer service, desperate for an actual person to help.

Customer: I placed an order on February 24th, order number #105081183, and I still haven't received my glasses. The tracking says it's stuck in Atlanta, and I cannot get a refund. I've been told by a bot it's "in transit" for weeks! Where is my $246? CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience with your order #105081183. Let me look into this for you right away. Customer: Look into what? I need my money back! I've waited long enough. It's been over a month, and I've seen no product and no sign of my refund. I used Zinni before and never had this problem. CS Rep: I completely understand your urgency. I see the order status is indeed problematic. I'm initiating an urgent investigation with our shipping partner and processing department right now. Please allow 3-5 business days for an update on the refund status. Customer: Three to five business days? I had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General just to get you to agree to a refund! I need my money back, now. CS Rep: I assure you I'm escalating this to the highest priority. I will personally monitor this and ensure you receive an update within that timeframe. We are committed to resolving this for you.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
