$246 Lost, Order Vanished, and Held Hostage by a Bot 🤖


I’m writing this to warn everyone about my disastrous experience with GlassesUSA. I felt I had no choice but to contact their customer service after my order simply vanished and their automated responses led me nowhere. My frustration boiled over into this final conclusion: GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA. My order number is #105081183 if an actual person sees this. I used Zinni before and never had this problem, and I will definitely use them again. STAY AWAY from GlassesUSA. Whatever happened to customer service? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!


Customer: My order is #105081183. It was placed on February 24th and never arrived. The tracking hasn't moved in weeks. I'm done with your automated chat. I want a refund for my $246.
