Paid Extra for a Service I Never Got: My Customer Service Nightmare 😡
I'm writing this as a warning about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. After being a customer twice before, my third order was a complete disaster. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid extra for 'next day delivery' only to be told it would take days, and then I was forced to navigate an endless loop of automated bots and phone menus just to speak to a person about getting my money back. The conversation that followed is why I felt compelled to share this.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on an order that your website said was eligible. Now I get an email saying it will take 3 business days to process. I want that shipping fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the miscommunication. Can I have your order number, please?
Customer: It's XYZ123. Your website is misleading. I have tried your live chat and phone system, and it's impossible to reach a human. I expect a refund for a service you are clearly not providing.
CS Rep: I see your order, sir. I am very sorry for the delay. What I can do is submit a request to our billing department to review a refund for the shipping fee.
Customer: A request? You're not providing the service I paid for. It's not a request, it's a refund you owe me. This is horrible business. Just return my money.
CS Rep: Sir, I understand, but that is the only procedure I can follow from my end. I will submit the request for you, but it will be up to the billing department to approve it.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
